Upon arrival, we were welcomed with such warmth and kindness. The staff's helpfulness and attention to detail really made us feel luxurious during our stay. This hotel had exclusive amenities that surpassed our expectations, such as a spa centre and outdoor infinity pool with breathtaking views. The room advantages included a private balcony that overlooked the stunning scenery, making our stay even more special. The restaurant and in-room breakfast had a wide range of options, including special diet menus, and the meals were delicious. the service was excellent, and we were thoroughly impressed with everything this hotel had to offer.

The only minor issue we experienced during our stay was a delay in the restaurant service, as they seemed to be understaffed. However, the staff was friendly and accommodating, and the quality of the meals was worth the wait.

The hotel provided free cookies and warm drinks in the lobby, which was a nice touch. They also had a shuttle service to take us to nearby attractions, and the beach was just a short walk away. The hotel had a beautiful rooftop pool with stunning views of the city.

The worst part of our stay was the noise level. The walls were paper-thin and we could hear everything that was happening in the neighboring rooms, as well as from the street outside.

Spent Xmas at a hotel with beautiful ocean front rooms and awesome views! The breakfast included a great selection and the staff at the lobby was very nice and helpful. Located only a 10 minute drive from the city, which was great for some peace and quiet, but still within easy reach of everything we wanted to do. The check-out process was hassle-free and the hotel had a great app for making requests without having to call.

Housekeeping could have done better as we found hair from the previous guest in the bathroom when we first arrived. , the guy at the reception wasn't very enthusiastic, which was a bit of a downside.
